Regulations regarding power output, speed, public road use, age requirements, licensing, registration, helmets and safety equipment may vary depending on your location and product type.

Some products sold by Iron Electrics may be intended for private property, off-road use, closed-course use, competition use, or use only where legally permitted.

All technical information, speed estimates, range estimates and performance claims are provided as general guidance only. Actual results may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, riding style, battery condition, weather, installation quality and other external factors.

Professional installation is strongly recommended for electrical components, batteries, motors, controllers, brake systems and conversion kits. Incorrect installation, modification or misuse may result in product damage, injury or unsafe operation.

Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Australian businesses must honour consumer guarantees, and policies cannot override those rights.

Iron Electrics is not responsible for misuse, illegal operation, improper installation, unauthorised modification, neglect, failure to follow instructions, or use of products outside their intended purpose.

Iron Electrics is not responsible for harm or damages caused by misuse of our products, for added safety, never leave electronics charging out of sight or unattended, such as overnight while sleeping.
