Are Our Parts OEM?

Most Of Our Accessories For E-Bikes & Emotos are aftermarket, as we only use upgraded performance parts, Unless a product is labelled as OEM.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Please allow 1-3 Business days for sorting and shipping orders, Express Shipping Will take around 2-3 Weeks to arrive, While standard shipping takes from 6-8 Weeks.

All Accessories (e.g Grips & Brakes) come with free express shipping, certain products may have shorter shipping times, this will be specified in the product description.

Please Note Kit and Batteries will generally arrive at seperate times.

Are They Waterproof?

For Our Conversion, Kits Our Hub Motors and Controllers are IP65 Water resistant, Batteries are the same, while inside the waterproof case, this means light rain and wet conditions are safe, but we do not recommend pressure washing or submersion.

What is the Warranty Policy?

Warranty Claims are only valid if installed or Assembled by a Qualified professional or licenced auto electrician, Proof of professional installation such as an invoice will be required to make a claim, damage from improper installation or modification is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty coverage lasts up to 12 Months

Our E-Bike Conversion kits are not designed for harsh off road impacts, jumps or stunts.

What Are Dropouts and How are They Measured?

The "dropout" is the amount of room between your frame where the axle sits,

Ensure your dropout is big enough to fit our hub motors.

Are Yor Products High Quality?

Yes, all of our products are handmade, to the highest standard, this also means slight cosmetic differences may appear between products.
